About
The love for horses, like for so many, started when I was very young. And over the years, that love has intensified and grown, and helps motivates me to keep chasing my dreams of working with horses and other people that share the same love. While knowing that horses were always the end goal, I really started to get involved in the horse world during my years in college where I graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (where my love of spreadsheets started) and during that time, I met some amazing people that give numerous opportunities to work with horses. After college, I found a full time job that allowed me to buy my first horse, Tango. From then on out, my whole life was devoted to learning and growing as a horsewoman. In the meantime my experiences in the manufacturing world and beyond have help sculpt who I am and have given me numerous tools that I also still apply to my job as a full time horsewoman.
A Life Long LoveThrough the years, I have experienced multiple disciplines from English to Western, visited and worked out of various barns, and have built relationships with all different kinds of people and horses. All of this has influenced who I am striving to be as a rider, trainer, and instructor and I have found that finding the right group of people can help you through the most difficult of times, provide the needed advice and instruction, as well as celebrate successes. It really does take a village to make it in the horse world.

Riding Is A Way Of Life
And one that can have bumps, twists and turns. My journey horses has had many of these, and they continue to teach me to roll with change, set backs, as well as to stay committed to my values. As we are always learning and adapting, new technology and education helps guide us and pushing us to understand more. And the more I experience, the more apt I can train horses and improve my teaching for students. I have been very fortunate to work with some amazing people, that have helped develop tools and knowledge that can be applied to all aspects of our lives.
